As far as I know, YouTube found a new way of serving ads. It's affecting ALL ad blockers on Safari (I tried ghostery, Adblock, adguard and others). The only one who still blocks it seems to be Brave Shield. We will need to wait for the developpers around the world to find a workaround.

This should be merged in to issue #156 or issue #156 should be merged into this one. They're duplicates.
