Add support for /InstallDir param

Please add support for InstallDir installation param that many of chocolatey core packages use, e.g. Python as an example. Mainly would be nice to see that for packages that can be big, like Flashpoint Infinity or Android Studio. Or the ones that install to C:\tools, which is a pretty random location. I know you can change that dir in Chocolatey settings, but still, e.g. the mentioned 2 apps are pretty different and you casn't really organize them if they are in the same location.
