Child canister IDL/.did file generation from parent canister

Right now there is a lack of did/js/ts file generation for child canisters/actor classes and requires manual scripting.

If I have an actor class/child canister deployed from another canister, I want that did/client files generated so that my frontend can communicate with the child canister.

I have been discussing with the Motoko team on how to handle this, but unclear the route it should go
