It would be great if pica rs could convert PICAXML to PICA+ since most of the SRU APIs of GBV libraries' online catalogs offer data in PICAXML (next to MARCXML etc.) and pica rs needs data in PICA+ to work with it.

Exaxmple of PICAXML:
