Describe the bug
The test for cutouts fails, as AMPEL has deleted 2 of the 3 expected cutouts.

There is a new version of the archive that will work without deleting cutouts after a time period, but this is not stable yet.

Solution
Migrate to ArchiveDB v3 when it's ready
