The linked services page should load as expected with a regular Google account. From which country are you accessing the page? Is your Google account managed by your school or workplace?

Accessing from Canada. It is an ordinary un-managed Google account.

the url works, but the extension doesn't work anymore with Google Images, even if Search is toggled on as linked service
