Few remaining tasks for references

• Implement new formatting designs when ready
• Implement new edit mode with the new fields when ready
• Implement CrossRef search when a user manually adds a reference DOI link to auto-fill as much data as possible
• Review keyword/topic/reference regeneration button logic/copy with Samir and Philipp

After a meeting with Philipp and Samir, we have decided to not render the references UI for the time being until the references extracted are more complete, as a lot of information was missing in the different references extracted from the API to form a complete reference.
We are still keeping the references in the manifest as metadata for the time being.
It was put behind a feature flag.

If this gets reinstated, this is what remains:

[ ] - Manual add UI would need a crossRef lookup to auto-fill as much data as possible from the DOI
