C'est une démarche avec une condition d'inéligibilité sur le champ adresse : on ne peut déposer le dossier que si l'adresse est dans le 93.
L'usager entre son adresse : 10 rue des Ecoles 93000 Bobigny
Cette adresse n'est pas dans la BAN, cela bloque le dépôt du dossier
