If it will be necessary, use #5 to setup a tool you picked in #2 (first tool group for sure) to create your CI pipeline.
Notice, that you don't have to deploy on this step.

It is possible that you won't need to create separate pipeline for frontend app and it may be included in #4. In that case you should mention it in this issue, so that I will close it.
