📔 Issue Description:

SDK7 allows you to set a time of day value for worlds and have a fixed time of day. This is not working in the current version of the explorer.

STR:

1. Create a World and set a time of day
2. Go to your world and see the sky moving

✔️ Expected Result:

• World is fixed on the specific time of day if defined
