A move notice should be added to the top of README.md and this repository should be archived #2109

What happened?

Since this project is no long maintained (or it's moved to the InputLeap project), I think it's a good idea to add a move notice to the top of README.md and archive this repository, so everyone here can know this matter and no more new issues and pull requests will be created here.

Update: I created a Pull Request: #2110

not sure about archiving it. Barrier is still part of, e.g., openSUSE Leap's repo and Iput-Leap isn't as wide-spread nor does it seem to offer windows binaries.

For Windows binaries, please try Deskflow which is compatible with Barrier.

For windows binaries I can also try Barrier, which s definitely compatible with Barrier 😂

My point was input-leap doesn't seem quite ready it for newcomers that do not want to use Synergy...
