In the course of writing #89 I realized that at least I have some open question about the role of the primer in contrast to the vocabulary and whether both are seen as part of the specification and have to be reviewed as such.
Obviously, the vocab is the core of the specification. However, it currently reads on top of the primer "About this specification" which indicates that is also part of the spec and not only supplementary. I guess, it will be important to answer this question in going forward with publishing the specification as a Dublin Core standard.

Thanks, Adrian. Yes, I agree that the vocabulary is the key technology, and the primer is explanatory. That opening section could be modified to refer to the vocabulary as the "specification" and this document as a primer for understanding more about it. I'll work up a draft for that.
