We may not wish to go into this, but I think that questions will come up about how TAP relates to validation. Tom has argued convincingly against our stepping into the area that is already covered by standards like shex and shacl. However, because it will be asked of us, we might want to include something in the cookbook - not an answer to the validation question, but some ideas on how one might approach validation, along with lots of caveats and cautions.

Here are the examples that I have played around with, very informally, in some Google Docs. They should be open for commenting and editing:
