Dear community, I started last week to run the RAIDER tutorials without problem.
The trouble is now that I want to process ERA5 ERA5T I got stacked in the LOS conversion.
Actually I managed to produce hydro and wet tropospheric delay in STD but they are smaller than the area of interest (see map.png).
I guess probably the reason why that happened is that I did not use ISCE software to produce the dem and the los file but instead SNAP and converted using R into 1 band tif for the dem and 2 bands inclination/heading tif.
I tried the alternative hyp3 but I got some errors that is why I preferred the isce format.
If you read with gdal the era produced, the original dem and the los files share the same dimensions (pixel size coordinates, lines and columns numbers) but they do not match.
Do you have any suggestions why I got the file wrong.
in case I can provide the *.yaml file, the dem, the los_file and the two era5 calculated.
