Generate documentation for the API somewhere

There should be clear documentation for the various DaZeus API's somewhere.

Commit 0d91395 adds a Doxyfile. Commit 91ed221 updates the files in the documentation. The following commits improve the documentation a bit. The Perl documentation should still be included in the Doxygen documentation.

Commit e74e1af adds the Perl documentation to Doxygen, but there is still an issue: the documentation for src/dazeus.h, libdazeus-qt/dazeus.h and DaZeus.pm are all stuffed together as all the object names are "DaZeus". They should be separated somehow.
