Applying colour-scheme to webstorm

I am trying to apply the peacock style to Webstorm in windows. is it possible to apply the same webstorm?

I have problems with peacock where the demo is not exact on actual working theme on webstorm

The color scheme does not appear to work for webstorm. I have tried the following steps:

1. copied the .icls file to /Users/nestev001c/Library/Preferences/WebStorm2016.3/colors
2. restarted webstorm
3. Changed the scheme in preferences

Are these color schemes supported in webstorm 2016?

readme says only 60% of the themes are supported for JetBrains. I tried 3 color schemes and none of them are displaying correctly. So my guess is that these aren't supported yet.
