* when section 0 is shown before tabs * when no section is specified in he URL * if a section is highlighted it will be shown by default * otherwise the content of the 1st tab will be shown. This can be enabled in the course options.
… took care to amend the URL correctly even if there is a # in the URL.
Expand workaround to work for courses that have the tabs hidden.
