The LICENSE file claims that the code is released under Apache 2.0:

Copyright 2008-2015 Object.NET, Inc.

Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License");
you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
You may obtain a copy of the License at

    http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software
distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS,
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.
See the License for the specific language governing permissions and
limitations under the License.

But the website itself claims the code is released under the MIT licence.

Datejs is released under the MIT License and available for download at GoogleCode.

Neither of these state that the code is dual licenced. Which of these is actually correct?

From the looks of it this is an issue with the website, I have just seen #72.
