For this repo, I wanted to create a similar site to what @grabear mentioned on a gh-pages branch.

For datasnakes.org, I had created datasnakes/datasnakes.github.io#11 to address getting a blog. Are you familiar with jekyll at all? It's not difficult to get used to it as long as you know markdown.
