Feature Request: Intel QuickSync Codec Integration

Summary: Improve streaming video quality by adding support for the Intel QuickSync to the integrated FFmpeg build.

Description: To enhance the video quality, I propose integrating the Intel QuickSync codec. This codec leverages hardware acceleration to provide superior video compression and quality, which can significantly reduce CPU usage and improve the overall streaming performance.

Benefits:

  • Improved video quality

  • Better hardware usage

  • Enhanced performance, during live streaming sessions

Impact: This feature will particularly benefit users with Intel GPU/iGPU.

Here is the FFmpeg documentation about Quicksync https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Hardware/QuickSync
