Guidance for what is in scope

We need some criteria for what is in scope.
For example; I came across this IRB guidance and thought it was a great resource. However I was conflicted about whether importing it was in scope. That said, if there are people in the translational community that would benefit.

How much does the content need to directly relate to informatics? data?
Curious as to your thoughts, @mellybelly @newgene.
