blueretro dreamcast no controller pair and re-flashing not works

hi, i flashed successfully (success text) blueretro dc on my esp32, next i connected again on pc to get the bt mac, then soldered to the console, when i tested the dreamcast i got no controller pairing and no blueretro device when i tried connecting with web interface. i used a second esp 32D that i used for psx that worked fine there. also when i flashed from pc the metal dissipator was hot and now not...but the esp have its red led.
how i can check if it works or is broken after testing it on the dreamcast? i soldered only ports 1 and 2. pins 21 22 p1 and 5 rx p2
i tried to do the reset from boot switch 10 seconds and then i tried to do the reflashing of the firmware from usb but now not works! first on download tool show "IDLE" than i click on start and became "SYNC" instead of flashing as always :/ its broken?

If not wiring 3rd port plug, make sure to connect IO18 (P3_D0) & IO23 (P3_D1) to 3.3V
If not wiring 4th port plug, make sure to connect IO26 (P4_D0) & IO27 (P4_D1) to 3.3V

3v3 on the esp or on the console power? i use 5v on esp pin "5v"

i connected 26 27 18 23 to esp 3,3v and its the same. esp is powered on but the chip is cold. no pairing and no device on webpage :(
what i can do?

You look to have some debris near 3V3 pin and module.

Also what is the white stuff under? If it's foam remove it as it might cause static.

Hard to tell on pic but GND is wired to console?

i found the problem i have connected gnd to cmd pin, misreaded.
player 1 works but player 2 not, i have connected pin C of player 2 to D03 pin on the esp is correct? i also tried connecting it to RX but not works. i got to pair 2 controllers at the same time but console not detect player 2, only player1. there is a procedure to do or what?

When I connect Rx pin instead of D03 the esp not pair controllers anymore. And alsoNetworkError: Connection failed for unknown reason from the webpage.
What I can check?

This is as I have it now. And there is no pairing or connecting to the webpage. I used Rx pin (fifth pin from left bottom)

Instead when I use D3 pin (third pin from right top) then all works, both controllers pair but on Dreamcast games the player 2 is not detected at all

Its normal P2 don't with with D3 as it is not the good pin!

Can I use input pins for player 3 esp but connected on player 2 DC port instead?

Question, when player 1 wireless works fine I connect original Dreamcast wired controller at player 2 port but in game is not recognized. Is that normal or not?

Update. Player 1 wireless and wired controllers on p3 and p4 works fine on Dreamcast. Only p2 wired controller not. Even when completely disconnected from esp. Maybe the 2 wires are making some short on bottom or idk? Instead when esp is off player 1 and 2 wired controllers are working fine.. 🤔

I found that with esp disconnected from power and only player 1 wired to esp, that wired controllers works on all ports but not on port2. What I can check?

Why when I not use the wireless controller on p1 and put the wired controller not works?

Also entering in the DC bios controller menu, I see the controller 1 connected even when no controller wired is connected or wireless controller paired, why?
