buddypress-like.0.1.9
WP 4.1, BP 2.1.1, WP multisite enabled
Network activated Buddypress-like

Settings for the plugin should be available only to the Network Admin for example wordpress/wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=bp-components
But individual site end-users can see and change settings at end-user-name/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=bp-like-settings

Please note that Buddypress settings cannot be changed at individual site level ( other than the main site) or by end-users who are creating sites. When Network Activating a plugin, expected behavior is

  1. Central updating of settings should work across all network
  2. Individual end-users should not see or be able to change centrally determined settings, particularly when plugin administration has been already disabled at the Network Admin

Sorry for the delay on this @rhisss currently the plugin looks for the capability manage_options. I'll need to look into multisite support.
