Add styling for pandoc style fenced divs

Thanks for this plugin! I've enjoyed using it especially since Obsidian definitely has a more flexible and feature-rich Markdown editor than RStudio.

I was curious if you'd looked at adding a special style for pandoc style fenced divs in order to support both Quarto style call-outs and notes for Reveal.js presentations.
