When upgrading to Vaultwarden 1.33.0, invitations to an organization no longer work if the account recovery administration policy is enabled and requires new members to be enrolled automatically.
When I uncheck the 'Require new members to be enrolled automatically' option, organization invitations start working again.
I tested this on two environments, and the same issue occurs.
