Sounds Don't Play Properly

This plugin seemed to work fine when I first started using it. But months ago, it stopped playing sounds when it was supposed to, and I hadn't touched it. I just tried another drop sounds plugin that works perfectly, so I suspect this plugin is bugged atm.
