User management when replication

Hi there,

I am testing replication from remote mysql server. The problem I have encountered that after initial cloning is done, the users are also cloned, which makes all builtin users disappear.

I am thinking of recreating all moco* users on the source mysql, but not all of the privileges are listed in the documentation, eg for moco-agent.

What do you suggest as a workflow for these cases?

moco should create moco-* users after the initial cloning.
This is done at https://github.com/cybozu-go/moco-agent/blob/main/server/clone.go#L103
InitExternal creates the users here: https://github.com/cybozu-go/moco-agent/blob/348f568b0c88ad5330fc359b84968fd281402d02/server/initialize.go#L337

The problem you run across might happen when clone-init user was not properly created as in
https://cybozu-go.github.io/moco/usage.html#creating-a-cluster-that-replicates-data-from-an-external-mysqld
or the donor-secret was not properly created.

Sorry for the late reply. For those who have had the same issue: I just recreated users as specified in the docs and it worked!
