ecaptcha__en.js multiple fetch

I was testing my website page speed, I use this plugin, I got a notice about reducing requests and saw this plugin download same file multiple times ecaptcha__en.js
I think there should be a way to avoid that.

Is this normal or we should download it once ?
I can try to fix this if this is not how it works..

This is certainly coming from google and outside our control

Strange, their page speed suggest reducing these calls, they don't follow their own rules 🤔
