An exported Solaris 11 SPARC STIG eChecklist would not open giving an Excel corrupt file error.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ingested 67 Solaris 11 SPARC STIG .ckls to Sagacity. (Import appeared to complete successfully)
  2. Created a Solaris 11 category.
  3. Moved all imported hosts to the Solaris 11 category.
  4. Applied the SPARC STIG to all hosts in the category using Bulk Edit. Solaris icon appeared in Checklists column of Operations page and finding counts reported appeared accurate.
  5. Exported eChecklist. File downloaded without errors.
  6. Attempt to open file. Excel gives "Excel cannot open the file ‘(filename)’.xlsx because the file format for the file extension is not valid" error.

After removing the checklist switching back-and-forth between Solaris 11 x86 and Solaris 11 SPARC STIGs, the problem appears to have gone away and exports now seem to work correctly. Opening issue to keep an eye on it in case it shows up again.

Can you upload one of the CKLs? After uploading did Sagacity automatically add the correct OS and checklists (other than not adding the SPARC checklist)?

As usual the issue is with real-world data, so can't upload. I haven't had time to try to reproduce on the low side but wanted to get the issue open to track in case we run into it again.
