Making Releases

1. Update version variables in CMakeLists.txt

• Also update in appveyor.yml

1. Make a GitHub release (instructions) (release notes style), mark as pre-release

• Look at the release milestone as well as commits since the last release for changes, and write the release notes
• Windows, macOS, Linux and GCW-Zero platforms will be automatically built by Travis CI / Appveyor

1. Test under platforms: Windows XP, Windows Vista/7/8/10, Linux, macOS, GCW-Zero
2. Make new blog post at http://cxong.github.io/cdogs-sdl/
3. Update links in github pages https://github.com/cxong/cdogs-sdl/blob/gh-pages/downloads.html
4. Make and include any screenshots showing new features
5. GCW-Zero: make release announcement at http://boards.dingoonity.org/gcw-releases/c-dogs-sdl
6. Spread the word!
