Octokit deprecated warning

When I try to run good-first-issue with npx, it throws a Ocktokit deprecated warning.

I see this as well. I have a working tweak that should resolve this. I should have a PR shortly for this.

Bleh... It looks like the fork I was working off of was really out of sync. Octokit isn't even a dependency of good-first-issue anymore. Seems specific to what npx is using then.

Huh, Octokit is actually used in libgfi which is used in good-first-issue(cli) to search for issues. therefore this issue actually belongs to libgfi project.
