@saipavan10-git, please review my work. I could not create a pull request because I did not make an initial empty-ish commit. Sorry about that. Please review my work and make issues for me to fix things if you see issues.

The initial commit message states what I think I provided. Also see REDCapFilleR Design Notes, Classic project workflow for the design goals of the initial release. I believe the package functions and the proof of concept script provide that except 8.a. and 8.a.i. are incomplete.

If you like, you are welcome to test with PID 16255 on our REDCap system, but this should work with any classic project without FDL rules.

It's perhaps even easier to test with https://github.com/OuhscBbmc/REDCapR/blob/main/inst/test-data/projects/validation-types-1/project.xml
