Sometimes people may share off-topic stuff. Would be nice to allow regular logged-in users to report the announcement as spam and admin users to see a list of such reports.

Note: admin is able to edit/delete any announcement.

Would be useful to have something like crecto-admin for granite-orm, maybe Amber native with different ORM adapters. Just an idea. 😄
