[Feature Request] Firefox Translations Engine

Firefox Translations Engine is an API that translates languages without internet, for this they provide language packs, its very good and precise, I think its an excellent system to be added since you will not need internet for this, but it will add a blob, since the package is not small but isnt enormous either. Hope you guys find it interesting.
