Discord webhook notifications

Subject TL;DR:

Want to eventually add Discord webhook functionality to send out status notifications as certain tasks are completed, fail, etc..

Adding a side task to this one as this is likely the best tangent to do this:

Definitely need more error catching, specifically catching and notifying when TwitchDownloader fails. In my personal setup I have stayed on 1.50.7 and have not noticed that it has been silently failing to download any videos or chat logs since sometime early April. Updated to the latest TDCLI and all is good now.

TO-DO:

• Catch 'silent' errors from TDCLI
• Preferably fast track adding the Discord webhook functionality to have a direct option to ping a channel/user/etc on error. The stock logging won't be sufficient for this.
