Support for Couchbase Analytics

Couchbase server 5.5 supports a pre-release version of Couchbase Analytics. The query syntax is ANSI SQL as is N1QL, so providing linq support should be possible via configuration since the endpoint service and the response are the two things that differ since the emitted N1QL should work in either case.
