Talkual want to send deliveries by CSV+API and then be able to scan barcodes

@alexsegura to see with them but how do they want to get the barcodes?

because for now they don't have a way to get the barcodes outside of the interface, delivery per delivery. maybe we should add an endpoint so they can retrieve the barcodes from the API for their tasks?

also now they can "tag" their deliveries with metadata so they can keep track on the IDs on their side.
