[Bug]: Versions above 380 do not show some important UI elements

When going in Environment Variables, the Preview Variables are not shown like they used to (Notice how the developer view shows the preview variables but not the normal view)

Furthermore, I cannot set a Docker Cleanup cron time due to the save button disappearing and it was not hooked for updating upon unfocus.
Previously (last seen in version 380) there used to be a SAVE button on the left of "Trigger Manual Cleanup". This wouldn't be an issue if setting the cron time would update, however it does not save automatically like it does on some fields, given the save button used to be there.

Steps to Reproduce

Use any version above 380 (I noticed these bugs introduced in 381 and later versions keep having them)

1. Use an existing project with variables set already OR create a new project application (anything that is able to deploy with Production and Preview)
2. Go to Configure -> Environment Variables
3. If no variables are set, use the developer view to add variables or the add button
4. Check if variable appears in the Preview section

For docker issue:

1. Go to servers
2. Select a server
3. Go to Docker Cleanup
4. Edit the cron time for cleanup
5. Click away from the field, to see if it will save after unfocused (like it does for some fields)
6. Refresh the page and see if the change persisted
