[Bug]: Editing compose file of a resource creates duplicated services

As title, the image illustrates duplicated services created as a result of editing compose file.

There is no delete button to delete the duplicated service(s) here (I would assume this is because the resource is created from preset)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a resource from preset (e.g. weblate)
2. Edit a service in compose file (e.g. change postgres version to 14-alpine) and save it
3. Deploy
4. Voila, a duplicated service is created and there is no way to delete it from ui
