[Bug]: adding new domain without https in github private repo

Hi,

If you just type the domain as example.com without https:// when you click links it just shows ://example.com. it probaly should default to https:// or at least show a validation message!

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new private github project
2. add a custom domain without prefix
3. click links button to show link you can use to access porject and you should see ://example.com instead of www.example.com or https://example.com
