Can't set default user after installing coolify

I tried installing coolify using the recommended command

curl -fsSL https://cdn.coollabs.io/coolify/install.sh | sudo bash

The installation went ok. When I open the link for the first time. I was met with a login page, not a registration page. The page was also registration is disabled

I tried searching in the discussion ("default user") but didn't find anything
