Home page (PageType None) not included in Export batch

Both Filter by Parent Page and Filter by Page Type don't provide a way of including the Home page when creating an Export batch.

• Filter by Parent Page doesn't include the page selected (parent) in the export
• Filter by Page Type doesn't have option for PageType None

This may also be related - Pages with PageType None cannot be exported. This can happen when a theme is uninstalled and some PageTypes removed which would cause Pages to have none for PageType.

Just noted it is possible to include the Home page in the batch by not specifying any filtering conditions such as Filter by Parent Page or Filter by Page Type

Steps in Add Content to Batch

1. Click Choose Item Type: Pages
2. Click Search

By not specifying the site section to include in the batch could it result in other pages not under Home to be included?
Should Filter by Parent Page include the page that is selected as the parent?
Would this (question 2) make it easier to export a section of the site including the root of that section?
