Add enough context to the parsed entities such that the tasks below can be performed with relative ease

Check released APIs with no haddock coverage
Check released APIs with no time/space complexity annotations
Check released APIs without since annotations
Check new APIs have a since annotation for the current release
Check functions deprecated for too long
