[Linux] Proper Wayland Support

Right now, if I enable the mod here's what it get:

Fabric and Quilt have supported using a patched GLFW lib for wayland use for a while now but this mod does not allow/isn't compatible with it yet.

I have asked for a GLFW library patch for improved compatibility for Linux but to no avail:

Technically, it works as clicking on the desktop/another window doesn't minimize the game but it's hidden behind the taskbar and not taking the whole screen height. The only way I found to fix it is to hide/remove the taskbar.

Pls Fix, any modpack I try to use with this mod does that and I have to disable it.

Happens to me as well, but it's more annoying as on the screen I display it on I don't even have a task bar:

However if I disable the Borderless Fullscreen option via ModMenu and then re-enable it again, it works as it's supposed to for the rest of the session.
