Which plugin did you install?
jupyterlab-tabnine is for JupyterLab
and jupyter-tabnine is for Jupyter Notebook

If you use JupyterLab, you need to have only jupyterlab-tabnine installed

Can you please try to install **only** jupyterlab-tabnine on fresh conda environment and see if it works?
