Key mapping should be configurable by user.

There are users without numpad or some wild vim adepts. We should care about all of them.

An idea - to draw a screen keyboard for users of touchscreen devices.

I currently don't give a flying fuck about touch devices; currently I care about notebooks and aforementioned crazy vim users who prefer hjkl layout.
