No need for compose yet with no back end to speak of, we're still on an SSG path for now. A single container with dependencies should be sufficient. Please update documentation accordingly.

Dockerfile written and working. Docs just need to be updated to cover how to use the container and the dead commented code in the Dockerfile could get cleaned out.
