[Admin] Manage map points

User Story
As a user, I want to see a list of the points on the map and manage them:
As a user, I want to perform actions on points in the list.
As a user, I want to select multiple items in the list and perform bulk actions on the selection
As a user, I want to search the list.
As a user, I want to filter the list.

Description
Points are listed in a table.
Actions on an item in the list (Figma)

• Detalii punct
  Button opens View point details page. (Figma example)
• Vezi pe hartă
  Button opens the public portal, with the indicated point open.

• Change status
  All points have a status: "Verificat", "Necesita verificare", "Probleme Raportate". See note and note

• Șterge punct
  Opens a modal for user to confirm the action, then the point is deleted from the database.

Bulk actions on items in the list Figma

Points on the map have different attributes and are splitted in separate tables, based of the type of PCT_Serviciu (Data Dictionary))
