Please add config for default registry, which install in new version of Rust with Cargo and reshim with asdf

do you have any idea on how to do so? i guess submitting a PR is an easier way to get a response

i really have no idea on how to achieve this, but it would be great given that for every new version of Rust installed, i have to reinstall all of my crates
