Image annotation component

Similar to v1, a simple previewer/metadata widget that lets users create simple shapes (rectangle, circle) and add a list of fields to it.

While in v1 this was a previewer, given the new metadata widgets this could also be a metadata input widgets that shows the image as well with the controls and fields to add.
